that time of year again

FALLLLL. I love fall, always have always will. I like the pretty leaves, the lack of mosquitos, the safer driving conditions, and the general get things done atmosphere.
MOST OF ALL I love fall for the wardrobing: boots, jackets, sweaters, gloves, scarves, dark denim, and SO MUCH MORE.
I thought since every one is doing there fall pics- I would give you mine.
OF COURSE plaid, aka tartan, aka lumberjackie chic is back in, and of course I love it, it has post world war I and II sophistication all over it. (I see plaid I think books).
And of course scarves and shalls are still in, different prints, patterns, fabrics: we've gotten so attached to our neck accessories I say we keep it up!
AND MOST DEFFINANTLY boots boots boots, of course all heel heights, the cowboy, the motorcyle, the moccasin, all in! the over the knee the ankle, ALL IN.
however, since I've worn my uggs out, I've got my eye on these BRILLIANT Marc Jacobs boots,

another option would be these duck line MJ's for even colder weather.


And lemme tell ya, I've never been such a fan of leather until this FALL, such beatiful butter soft leather out there.
DEFF pick up a jacket, and some gloves. When choosing gloves, keep it super chic with short driving gloves, or long elbow length...

However, there is nothing like fall knits. Fingerless gloves are an all time fave of mine. To really pull a boho look off, invest in a lovely tuque or slouch hat.
